Erika Janitschek serves as the COO of the Flip Division at Matt O'Neill Real Estate since September 2019, demonstrating expertise as a Closing Coordinator and Realtor. Prior to this role, Erika was the Branch Manager at Maximum One Realtor Partners from December 2018 to September 2019 and worked as a Freelance Marketing Manager for various agencies representing Fortune 500 companies, executing sales and event strategies from August 2013 to August 2019. Additionally, Erika held the position of Marketing Director at Grand Strand Health and Wellness from February 2015 to August 2018 and worked as a Front Desk Agent at Charlestowne Hotels from April 2014 to January 2015, focusing on customer service and guest satisfaction. Erika began a career in public health as a Community Health Educator at Coastal Carolina University, advocating for smoke-free policies from April 2010 to June 2012. Erika earned a Bachelor of Science in Public Health from Coastal Carolina University in 2014.
