Andrew Montemayor has extensive experience in commercial real estate, currently serving as Acquisitions Manager at Prescott Group since March 2021, specializing in CRE Debt and Equity Acquisitions. Previously, Andrew held roles as a Sourcing Analyst at Prescott Group and Commercial Real Estate Analyst at Goldman Sachs. Andrew's experience also includes various internships at Goldman Sachs, Mason Joseph Company, Inc., SWBC, Shade Science, LLC, and San Antonio Ambassadors- USRTA. Andrew obtained a Master’s degree in Real Estate and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Commercial Banking from Texas A&M University.
