Shweta Kale began their work experience in 2018 as a Software Engineer at Yardi Software India Pvt Ltd. Shweta held the role title of Software Analyst from January 2021 to May 2021, and then transitioned back to the role of Software Engineer from August 2018 to December 2020. In 2021, they joined Prescient Technologies as a Software Engineer.

Shweta Kale completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Computer Engineering at Pimpri Chinchwad Education Trust'S. Pimpri Chinchwad College Of Engineering from 2014 to 2018. Prior to that, they obtained their High School Certificate (HSC) in Science from Kendriya Vidyalaya from 2012 to 2014.

In addition to their formal education, Shweta has obtained several certifications. Shweta received a certification in Java (Basic) from HackerRank in May 2021. Shweta also holds certifications in SQL (Basic) and SQL (Intermediate) from HackerRank, both obtained in May 2021. Another certification they obtained is the CutShort Certified Java - Basic from CutShort, obtained in April 2021. Lastly, they obtained a certification in Problem Solving (Basic) from HackerRank in September 2020.
