Raj Pal has a diverse work experience in the field of engineering and software development. Their most recent position is as a Software Engineer at Prescient Technologies, starting in July 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Project Engineer at TAKNEK from August 2020 to August 2022. Before that, they were a Graduate Engineering Trainee at Twin Engineers Pvt. Ltd. from June 2019 to August 2020, where they conducted research on composite manufacturing processes and performed root cause analysis. Raj also has experience as a Project Manager Team Lead at TEAM NIYUDRATH from March 2018 to August 2020, where they designed and manufactured all-terrain vehicles while ensuring compliance with safety and ergonomic standards. Additionally, they worked as a Designer of vehicle suspension systems at TEAM NIYUDRATH from March 2017 to June 2019.

Raj Pal obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Mechanical Engineering from MIT Academy of Engineering in Alandi, Pune. Raj attended the institution from 2016 to 2019. Prior to that, they completed a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Government Polytechnic Nashik. Raj Pal studied at the polytechnic from 2013 to 2016.
