Tennille Love PhD, MBA is an accomplished education and workforce development professional with over 15 years of experience. Currently serving as the Manager of Scholars & Equity Programs at Preschool Promise, Inc., Tennille has made significant contributions to K-20 education through various roles, including Freelance Writer for the International Association of Professional Writers and Editors and Founder/President of WithLove Coaching and Consulting, LLC. Tennille's previous experience includes positions at Sinclair Community College, where responsibilities ranged from recruitment specialist to academic coach, and workforce development in Montgomery County, Ohio. Tennille holds a Ph.D. and an MBA with a focus on operations management, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Spelman College.
