Mel Scott (nee Glensor) currently serves as the Manager of People and Culture at Presbyterian Support Northern since April 2020. Previous roles include Head of Human Resources and Health and Safety at Harvey Norman from April 2018 to April 2020, and the same position at Summerset Group Holdings Limited from January 2016 to May 2018. Mel has also held positions such as Senior Human Resources Consultant at Auckland International Airport Limited, National Human Resources Manager at Electrix, and Human Resources & Health and Safety Director for the Oceania Region at DeLaval Ltd. Earlier experience includes roles as Senior Human Resource Advisor at Inland Revenue NZ and the Ministry of Social Development, and Human Resource & Health and Safety Manager at Desktop Technology Services Ltd. Mel's education encompasses an MBA from Victoria University of Wellington, along with various degrees focused on organizational culture and human resources management.
