Kyrsta Astilli, LMHC, is a dedicated mental health therapist with extensive experience in various clinical settings. Currently employed at Presbyterian Medical Services since August 2019, Kyrsta has previously served as a mental health therapist at SMALL STEPS CHILD COUNSELING, LLC, from May 2017 to July 2019. Prior experience includes art therapy internships at North Shore Stroke Recovery Center, Queen Mary Elementary School, and Casa Milagro, where Kyrsta facilitated therapy sessions tailored for diverse populations including elders and children. Kyrsta's background also encompasses work as a practicum student at Southwestern Counseling Center, where counseling techniques were applied across different age groups facing multiple issues. Additionally, Kyrsta has experience in yoga instruction and community service within the arts, having contributed to activities that promote healthy living and emotional recognition. Kyrsta holds a Master of Arts in Art Therapy and Counseling from Southwestern College and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Santa Fe University of Art and Design.
