Scott Bremer has over 20 years of experience in compensation, benefits, and HR IT strategy and operations. Scott worked as the Director of Compensation, Benefits & HRIS at PIH Health, where they were responsible for enterprise-wide compensation, benefits, and HR IT strategy and operations. Before that, they were the Director of Compensation and Benefits at Children's Hospital of Orange County, where they developed and implemented compensation plans and worked closely with the senior leadership team. Scott also worked at Hoag Hospital as a Senior Project Manager.
Scott Bremer has a B.A. degree in Business with an emphasis on Accounting from Cal State Fullerton, College of Business and Economics. Scott also attended John F. Kennedy High School. In terms of certifications, Scott obtained a Lean Six Sigma - Green Belt certification in 2010, an ITIL v3 Certification from ITIL in 2007, and they are a Certified Public Accountant certified by the California Department of Consumer Affairs.
