Kris Ludington, RHIA, currently serves as the Enterprise Administrative Director of Health Information Management (HIM) at PIH Health since May 2019. With an extensive background in HIM, Kris held the position of Director of HIM at Fountain Valley Regional Hospital & Medical Center from March 2013 to May 2019, and prior to that, served as Director of HIM at Providence Health & Services from November 2009 to June 2014. Additional experience includes serving as Director of HIM/HIPAA Privacy Officer at CHOC Childrenā€™s from 2003 to November 2009, Director of HIM at Orange Coast Memorial Medical Center from 1996 to 1999, and Director of HIM at Garden Grove Hospital from 1993 to 1996.
