Conrad Judy, Jr. has a diverse background in education and church leadership, currently serving as the Stated/Recording Clerk for HERITAGE PRESBYTERY - Presbyterian Church in America since January 2019. With over 31 years of experience in education, Conrad has held numerous administrative roles, including principal and supervisor of instruction in various public school systems. As a Ruling Elder in the Presbyterian Church of America, Conrad has contributed to multiple church sessions and served as treasurer for Shore Harvest Presbyterian Church. Additionally, Conrad brings experience from the insurance industry as an agent at Bay State Insurance Agency Limited. Education credentials include a Master’s degree in Administration/Supervision from Bowie State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Secondary Education - Mathematics from the University of Maryland.
