Luis Cardenas has a robust background in manufacturing and process engineering, currently serving as Production Manager at Pres-Tek Plastics Inc. since June 2013, where oversight includes managing daily operations, scheduling, staffing, and resource planning for over 100 employees across two facilities. Prior experience as Process Engineering Supervisor at Helix Medical LLC involved leading process engineering efforts and ensuring the proper setup of injection molds and machinery from 2006 to June 2013. Cardenas also worked as 2nd Shift Foreman at Pacific Plastics Technology from 2000 to 2006, where responsibilities included managing injection molding processes and supervising shift operations.
