Vanessa Davis is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in product management and advisory roles within the technology and legal sectors. As the Vice President of Product Management at PPLSI since June 2023, Vanessa drives product vision and strategy. Concurrently, Vanessa serves on the Board of Advisors for Rally beginning June 2020. Previously, as Vice President of Workspace Products at Litera Microsystems from August 2020 to June 2023, Vanessa developed product strategies for newly acquired B2B SaaS applications. Additional experience includes transformational leadership as Vice President of Product at One Legal, where Vanessa significantly contributed to the company’s growth and successful acquisition by InfoTrack US. Vanessa’s career also encompasses a role at LegalZoom as Vice President of Research and Product Development from June 2007 to June 2019, along with advisory positions at PactSafe. Vanessa holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Dartmouth College and a Juris Doctor from Yale Law School.
