Rikard Nilsson is an experienced culinary professional with a diverse background in kitchen management and culinary operations. Currently serving as a consultant at PreOpening since May 2020, Rikard has previously held the position of head chef at Winemechanics and was both head chef and co-owner at Spisa Matbar. With extensive experience as a head chef at Familjen and various roles in kitchens such as Björns bar and Avenyn 1, Rikard has honed culinary skills over a career that began as a cook at Bliss in 2001. Rikard also possesses formal training as a sommelier, having completed the sommelier program at Vinkällan in 2009.
