Micha Roon is an experienced technology leader, currently serving as the Head of Engineering at The Hashgraph Association, focusing on innovation projects by mentoring technical staff. Micha founded managination in 2005 to enhance the software development landscape. Previously held roles include Head of Web3 Engineering at NOUMENA DIGITAL AG, Chief Technology Officer at bonq, and Chief Innovation Officer at Energy Web. Additionally, Micha has contributed as a technical board member at Share&Charge and as a member of the Blockchain Advisory Board for the IIB Council. With a strong academic background that includes a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Lausanne and a course on Fintech at MIT, Micha also holds a Project Management Professional certification.
