Jan Goossens serves as the Global Material Engineering Manager at Premium Sound Solutions since August 2007, with significant experience in managing technical items related to chemicals, particularly adhesives and plastic raw materials. As a Commodity Leader, responsibilities include defining and maintaining roadmaps, managing supply bases, and developing new technologies. Previously, Jan led a global team of chemical engineers and held roles focused on environmental compliance and sustainability. Prior experience includes positions at D&M Holdings as a Chemical R&D Engineer, Altachem as an R&D Manager, and Gates Corporation as an Advanced Material Development Engineer. Jan holds an MSc in Chemistry from the University of Antwerp and has pursued additional specializations in adhesive technology and leadership.
