Patrick Phillips serves as Vice President for the Great Lakes Region and Market President for Buffalo Niagara at Premium Parking since September 2022. Prior to this, Patrick held the position of Vice President at Allpro Parking, LLC from September 2008 to September 2022. Patrick holds a Bachelor of Science degree in American History and Political Science from Buffalo State University.
