Michael Kendall is an experienced professional currently serving as the Director of Customer Support at Premium Parking since October 2020. Previous roles at Premium Parking include Manager of the Product Experience Team, Account Manager, and Account Supervisor. Prior to this, Michael worked at CLEAResult from June 2017 to September 2020 as a Contact Center Supervisor, focusing on energy efficiency programs in collaboration with local power companies.
