Patrik Runeberg is a Manufacturing Simulation Engineer at Premium AEROTEC with extensive experience in developing advanced simulation processes for composite materials. Key accomplishments include the creation of a 3D spring-in simulation for carbon fiber reinforced thermoplastic parts and the enhancement of resin infusion simulations using OpenFOAM. Previously, Patrik served as a Simulation Engineer at MTU Aero Engines, focusing on thermo-mechanical analyses and design optimization for turbine components, and contributed to heat transfer analyses and software development. Early in the career, involvement included heat transfer and mechanical simulations at GKN Aerospace. Patrik holds a Master of Science in Maschinenbau from Luleå University of Technology and has studied at Technische Universität Darmstadt.
