Julia Werner has extensive experience in the field of human resources. Julia currently serves as the Head of Human Resources at Premium AEROTEC, overseeing all people matters for the independent business unit with approximately 5,000 employees across three sites. Prior to this, Julia held various roles at Airbus, including Senior HR Business Partner, Head of HR Governance & Performance at HR Transformation & Digital, and Transnational HR Business Partner. Julia also worked at Airbus Defence and Space as a Project Manager & Transformation for Talent & Executive Management. Julia began their career at T-Systems France, where they held roles as Chargée des Ressources Humaines and as an HR apprentice. Throughout their career, they have gained experience in talent management, recruitment, project management, and HR marketing.

Julia Werner has a diverse educational background in the field of international business studies. Julia completed their Maîtrise en Sciences de Gestion (Master's Degree) in International Business Studies at Université de Metz from 2004 to 2008. Additionally, they pursued a Diplom-Betriebswirtin (FH) degree in International Business Studies at Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft des Saarlandes in Saarbrücken from 2004 to 2008. Furthermore, they obtained a Master's degree in CIFFOP - International Human Resources Management from Paris-Pantheon-Assas University in the year 2008-2009.
