Melanie B. currently serves as the Director of IT GRC - Data Governance Programs at Premise Health, where responsibilities include managing Implementation Associate staff, project teams, and vendor partners for the delivery of healthcare technology and services to Fortune 500 clients. With extensive experience in project management, Melanie has directed large-scale implementation projects and established process improvement initiatives that enhance organizational productivity and cost efficiency. Prior to their tenure at Premise Health, Melanie held various positions at Dell, including Environmental, Health & Safety Program Manager, where leadership involved overseeing occupational safety programs for over 25,000 employees. Melanie holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering and a Master of Science in Safety Engineering, both from Texas A&M University.
