Meghan McManama has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Meghan started their career in 2008 as an RN at Affiliated Physicians, where they worked as a flu shot nurse. In 2009, they took on the role of a nurse practitioner at ParkMed. Meghan also worked as a course instructor at Columbia University during the same period.
In 2010, Meghan joined a private gynecology practice as a nurse practitioner. A year later, they started working at Barnard College in the same role, where they remained until 2011. During the same period, they also worked as a nurse practitioner at Lahey Clinic.
In 2011, Meghan became a content editor at National Certification Corporation, where they contributed their expertise in healthcare content. In 2013, they moved on to Premise Health, initially working as a clinic manager and nurse practitioner. Over the years, they successfully advanced to various positions, including regional clinical operations director and associate vice president of clinical strategy and communication.

Meghan McManama holds a BA degree in Human Development and Women's Studies from Boston College. Meghan further pursued their education at Columbia University, where they obtained an MSN degree specializing in Women's Health and Adult Primary Care. Meghan then went on to complete their Doctor of Nursing Practice degree at Northeastern University. Additionally, they have certifications as an Adult Nurse Practitioner from ANCC and as a Women's Health Nurse Practitioner from The National Certification Corporation.
