Dean De Peri has over 30 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on employee relations, HR consultation, and leadership. Dean has held various roles at companies such as Premise Health, UBS, Comdata, OptumInsight, CIGNA, GAB Robins, NA, Service Merchandise, and Channel Home Centers. Dean's experience includes leading the Employee Relations function, providing strategic consultation to HR partners and business leaders, and implementing HR programs and processes. Dean has also served as a Human Capital Partner and HR business partner for various client groups, ranging from 800 to 1,100 employees. Dean's expertise includes workforce development, compensation, and change management.

Dean De Peri obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Speech & Theatre from Montclair State University between 1983 and 1987. Additionally, Dean De Peri holds the SHRM-SCP certification from SHRM, obtained in 2015.
