Bashar Tsay is an experienced facilities and maintenance professional with a robust background in managing multi-site operations across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Facilities and Maintenance at Handsome Brook Farms since December 2022, Bashar previously held similar managerial roles at Farmer’s Hen, CMC Food Inc, and Angels Bakery, where responsibilities included overseeing cross-functional teams and ensuring operational efficiency in industrial maintenance. Prior experiences also include technical support at Advanced Technology Solutions, application development at IBM, and IT support at Rutgers Graduate School of Education. Bashar holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business Administration with a focus on Computer Information Systems from Rider University.
