From 2009 to 2012, they served in the Army as a Cadet, training in different levels of management positions and maintaining accountability for equipment. In 2012, they had a brief stint as a Management Intern at Target, where they were cross-trained in various store positions and maintained customer relations. Zachary then worked as a Security Officer at Premier Security from 2012 to 2013, conducting patrols, apprehending suspects, and communicating with police. In 2014, Zachary became a Security Account Manager at Premier Security, responsible for managing a team of safety and security officers in a healthcare setting and acting as a liaison between hospital administration and the department. Zachary advanced in the company to become an Operations Manager in 2015 and eventually reached the position of Vice President in 2021. Additionally, from 2010 to 2019, they served in the Army National Guard as a Sergeant E-5, Infantry, demonstrating leadership abilities and maintaining excellent physical conditioning. Zachary Baker has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Bushnell University, which they obtained from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, they attended the University of Oregon from 2009 to 2013, where they earned their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Sociology. During their time at the University of Oregon, Zachary also pursued a minor in Business Administration. In addition to their formal education, they obtained a certification in Google Project Management: Specialization from Coursera in November 2022.
