Maureen MacDonald is a seasoned professional in project management and consulting within the clinical trials and interactive response technology (IRT) space. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at Premier Research since May 2024, Maureen focuses on analyzing study protocols, leading system requirements gathering, and overseeing IRT system development and validation. With extensive experience at CALYX from September 2017 to February 2024 in various roles including Technical Solutions Consultant and Senior Project Manager, Maureen provided consultative services to pharmaceutical clients and facilitated stakeholder interactions. Prior to that, roles at R1 RCM, Mediware Information Systems, IQVIA, and CSCI Consulting showcased expertise in managing complex projects, developing standard operating procedures, and ensuring client satisfaction. Maureen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Leadership from the Indiana Institute of Technology.
