Gretchen O'Neill currently serves as the Executive Director of Program Delivery for Rare Disease at Premier Research since August 2023. Prior roles include positions as Executive Director of Global Program Management and Service Delivery and Executive Director of Clinical Operations at Massive Bio from October 2022 to July 2023. Previous experience also encompasses the role of Vice President of Marketing Operations at GENETWORx and Oversight Director at PPD, where responsibilities included project delivery in general medicine. Gretchen held several senior positions at Acurian Inc. between 2008 and 2018, including Senior Director of Strategic Operations. Earlier career highlights include project management roles at Veritas Medicine, MBI, and CIGNA HealthCare. Academic qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Organizational Leadership from Southern New Hampshire University and further education at Plymouth State University.
