Alex Mandea has a diverse work experience. Alex started as a Farmer at Ous Roig from June 2008 to April 2010. Alex then worked as an Administrator at Mandea Alexandru Ionut II from May 2012 to August 2014. Afterwards, they worked as an Autocad Draftsman at Albu Florin FPA from March 2014 to August 2014. Alex then joined Carey Group Plc as a Groundworker from August 2014 to September 2015. Currently, they are working as the Chief Financial Officer at Premier Pools & Spas, starting from February 2018.

Alex Mandea began their education at IES Roquetes, where they attended from 2006 to 2008. After completing their studies there, they went on to pursue a Bachelor's degree at the Civil Engineering and Building Services Faculty of Gheorghe Asachi Technical University of Iași, from 2010 to 2014. Alex continued their education at the same institution, obtaining two Master's degrees. From 2015 to 2017, they specialized in Geomatics and Cartography at the Hydrotechnical, Geodesy, and Environmental Engineering Faculty. Additionally, during the same period, Alex pursued another Master's degree in Modern Transport Infrastructures at the Civil Engineering and Building Services Faculty.
