Dan Clemens is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as Engineering Manager at Premier Marine since March 2023. Prior to this role, Dan held various positions at Tennant Company from May 2016 to March 2023, including Engineering Manager for Life Cycle Management, Senior Mechanical Engineer, and New Product Development Engineer I and II. Dan's earlier experience includes leading a testing team at the ISU Clean Snowmobile Challenge and serving as a Sustaining Engineering R&D Intern at Boston Scientific, where a significant R&D investigation was conducted. Dan also founded and presided over the ISU Clean Snowmobile Challenge organization and completed a mechanical engineering internship at Graco, focusing on compliance strategies. Dan holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Iowa State University, completed in 2016, and graduated from Hopkins High School in 2012.
