Dominic Gayler is a Planning & Operations Executive in Football Development at The Premier League, a role held since July 2023. Previously, Dominic served as Academy Secretary at Brighton & Hove Albion Football Club from December 2021 to July 2023 and worked as an Academy Operations Assistant at QPR FC from December 2020 to December 2021. Dominic's early career included a PR and CSR internship at Liverpool Football Club from September 2018 to September 2019 and a position as Matchday Merchandise Assistant at AFC Bournemouth from November 2016 to August 2019. Dominic holds a BA (Hons) in Public Relations from Bournemouth University, completed in 2020.
