Ted Drozdowski has held a variety of roles in the music industry since 1989. In that year, they began as the Associate Arts Editor/Pop Culture Editor at The Boston Phoenix, where they revitalized arts coverage, increased circulation and created viral content. From 2003 to present, they have been the Bandleader of Ted Drozdowski's Scissormen. In 2008, they began freelancing for Gibson Brands, Inc. In 2014, they became President of Locomotive Artist Services, a Nashville based company providing direct services, sourcing and consulting to artists. Since 2015, they have been the Editorial Director and Senior Editor at Premier Guitar, where they are deeply involved in many facets of the magazine's editorial operation.

Ted Drozdowski obtained a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Bridgeport with a major in Journalism/Psychology.
