Oksana Dubnytska has extensive experience in the healthcare and recruitment sectors, currently serving as a Provider Appeals Specialist and previously as a Pass Thru Claims Support Specialist at Premier Eye Care since October 2016. Prior to this role, Oksana worked as a Recruiter at Sage Dental for a brief period in 2016, and held the position of Assistant Manager at AAFES from April 2013 to January 2016. Additionally, Oksana gained seasonal experience as a Tax Preparer at H&R Block in early 2015. Oksana holds a Certification in HR Leadership from Sullivan University and a Master's degree in Management from Lviv Polytechnic National University.
