Faith Njuguna is an experienced professional in the finance and customer service sectors, currently serving as the Assistant Manager of Human Resources at Premier Credit Kenya since March 2018, where responsibilities include recruitment and onboarding processes. Prior roles include leadership positions in customer service and corporate branch management at Premier Credit Kenya, and debt collection management at Platinum Private Lending. Faith began their career as a Customer Service Advisor and later a Credit Control Officer at Molyn Credit Ltd. Faith holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Finance from Kenyatta University and completed K.C.S.E at The Mary Leakey Girls High School.
