Laura Sproat has 31 years of work experience. Laura began their career in 1986 at Technical Resources, Inc. as an Accountant and later became the Controller. In 1991, they started their own company, Cheshire Accounting, where they held the role of Owner and performed daily operations, financial reviews, and created indirect pool structures. From 1992 to 1996, Laura worked at Cambridge Consulting Corporation as an Accountant/Assistant Controller. Laura then joined Deltek Inc. in 1996 as a Sr. Support Consultant/Accountant, providing customer support and training on Deltek software. After 13 years at Deltek, Laura worked at Strategic Consulting Solutions as the Deltek Accounting Manager from 2009 to 2012. Following that, they joined Navarro Research and Engineering as a Manager from 2012 to 2017. Currently, Laura is working at Premier Consulting & Integration LLC as a Senior Consultant.

Laura Sproat, MAcc began their education at Bridgewater College, where they obtained a BA degree in Accounting from 1974 to 1978. Later, from 2007 to 2009, they pursued their MBA-Acc degree in Accounting at the University of Phoenix. Additionally, Laura Sproat has obtained several certifications, including the Costpoint Accounts Payable Certification Exam, Costpoint Certification General Ledger Exam, Costpoint Labor, Leave, and Payroll Exam, and Costpoint Billing & Accounts Receivable Exam, all from Deltek. The Certifications were obtained in December 2019 and August 2018, respectively.
