Robert Sleat currently serves as the Head of Insurance Products for Leasing Brokers, Telesales, and Ecommerce at Premia Solutions Limited since December 2020, focusing on enhancing insurance product solutions for leasing companies in the UK. Prior to this role, Robert was a Regional Partnership Manager and Business Development Manager at MAPFRE, where expertise in a diverse product range supported motor dealers' decision-making. Robert's extensive experience also includes an Area Sales Manager position at Global Insurance Management, as well as notable roles at Infiniti Center Birmingham, Silverstone Harley-Davidson, Riverside Vauxhall, and Croyland Motors, demonstrating a strong background in sales and business management within the automotive and insurance sectors. Robert holds a BTEC National Diploma in Business from Warwickshire College.
