Fiona Charles is a seasoned professional in the insurance and finance sectors, currently serving as the Head of the ROI Business at PremFina since October 2021, focusing on developing a new insurance premium finance solution for the Irish market. Previously, Fiona played a key role as Area Sales Manager at Aviva, leading the Cork sales team, and spent over a decade at Close Brothers Premium Finance as Sales Manager, where strategic development and broker relationships were emphasized. Earlier career experiences include positions as Account Executive at Lockton and Senior Account Executive at Heath Lambert Group, alongside roles focusing on commercial insurance at Penco and Sedgwick Dineen Group. Fiona holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Affairs & European Studies from the University of Limerick and has pursued additional qualifications, including a Professional Diploma in Compliance from the Institute of Banking and certification as an Insurance Practitioner from The Insurance Institute.
