Vicky Adams is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in technical support and network administration. Currently serving as an IT Technical Support Tech III at Premera Blue Cross since April 2007, Vicky specializes in client hardware and applications support as well as life cycle maintenance for various devices. Previous roles include IT Help Desk and External Web Support Technician, where Vicky provided solutions to hardware and software issues for internal staff and external users. Vicky's earlier experience includes serving as I.S. Manager at Spokane Symphony, overseeing database management and network administration, and as Database Manager at KSPS TV Friends of 7, focusing on database management and customer service. Vicky holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Network Design and Administration from Community Colleges of Spokane and an MCSA certification in Network Administration and Technical Support from Interface Computer School.
