Adam Carl has a diverse background in systems engineering and technical support, with over 25 years of experience in the IT field. Currently a Systems Engineer III - Citrix at Premera Blue Cross since August 2008, Adam has developed a robust technical skill set through various roles, including Systems Engineer III - Unified Communications and multiple System Administrator positions. Prior experience includes a tenure at Qualis Health from March 2000 to August 2008 as a Technical Support Analyst, and earlier employment as a Support Engineer at FileNet from April 1997 to September 1999. Adam holds a diploma from Snohomish High School, completed between 1990 and 1993.
