Valerio Mazzarini is a seasoned professional in the real estate sector, currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Distributed Asset - AVE at Prelios since November 2022. Prior to this role, Valerio held leadership positions such as Head of Real Estate Asset Marketing and Real Estate Operations at Gardant, as well as Real Estate Operations at Credito Fondiario. Valerio's career also includes significant experience as a Real Estate Manager at doValue and Italfondiario S.p.A., and extensive expertise in real estate management from a long tenure at Tecnopolo. Valerio began a career in sales at Blockbuster and holds a Master in Real Estate Finance from Luiss Business School, complemented by a Laurea Magistrale from Sapienza Università di Roma.
