Laura Chouzy is an experienced finance professional currently serving as Vice President of Finance at Preligens since June 2021, where previous roles include Finance Director and Head of Finance. Chouzy also holds a position as an Investor at Butterfl.ai starting January 2022 and previously worked as Chief Financial Officer at Coorpacademy from April 2017 to May 2021, managing financial reporting and business metrics in the EdTech SaaS sector. Prior to these roles, Chouzy gained valuable experience at PwC España and PwC, focusing on transaction services and due diligence for various clients in competitive environments. Early career stages included internships at Natixis Coficine, BlackFin Capital Partners, and Ardian, supporting analysis and valuation in M&A operations and investment management. Chouzy holds a dual master's degree in Corporate Finance and Management from EDHEC Business School and has additional educational experience from The University of Hong Kong.
