Richard Wilding is an experienced entrepreneur and venture developer, currently serving as a Partner at Co-Created and Prehype, both focused on startup incubation and venture partnerships. Richard is also a Co-Founder of ShieldsUp and a member of the Advisory Board at Cyber London (CyLon). Previously, Richard held significant roles at BAE Systems Applied Intelligence, including Director of New Ventures, where responsibilities included leading innovation and developing new ventures, and Director of Cyber Products, managing a portfolio of cybersecurity offerings. Richard's early career included positions as a Software Architect at 3Dlabs and a Software Engineer at Micron.
