Kim Dale has over 29 years of engineering experience, currently serving as Engineering Manager at Preformed Line Products since March 2008. Prior to this role, Kim worked as a Manufacturing Engineer at GDX Automotive from 2000 to 2008 and at the White Rodgers Division of Emerson Electric from December 1994 to August 2000. Kim holds a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering with a Professional Concentration in Mechanical Engineering from Arkansas State University, completed between 1990 and 1994, and graduated from Batesville High School in 1990.
