Frédéric Schull has extensive experience in research and development engineering, product management, and development in various industries. Frédéric is currently the Research and Development Engineering Director at PLP since August 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Nexans as the Global Product Manager Aerospace & Defense from November 2018 to August 2022. Frédéric also held multiple roles at STÄUBLI ELECTRICAL CONNECTORS, including Head of Engineering - Product Management & Development for Railway, Aeronautic & Space markets from 2007 to 2018, and Head of R&D from 2003 to 2007. Additionally, they served as the New Product Development Manager at Constructions Electriques MENG S.A.S from 1997 to 2003, where they were responsible for the development of electro-wound products.

Frédéric Schull obtained an Executive Master's Degree in Management of Technology & Innovation from Grenoble Ecole de Management in 2015-2016. Prior to this, they pursued a degree in Electrical Engineering from Grenoble INP - Ense3 during 1994-1996, specializing in electrical energy production, transmission, and distribution systems.
