Alfred Ward is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of BLYNK, a VC-backed startup committed to connecting individuals with career opportunities in Baltimore, Maryland. With a strong background in entrepreneurial ventures, Alfred previously served as CEO and Co-Founder of several ed-tech and donation-focused mobile applications, including SpeakEZ and UGive. Experience as an Entrepreneur in Residence at the Young Founders Institute allowed Alfred to mentor numerous teen entrepreneurs. Additional roles include intern positions at Rethink Ledgers and NC IDEA, where Alfred contributed to product development and business growth strategies. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School and a science degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
