Usha Kalva currently holds the position of Community & Partnerships at Rocketlane and serves as Community Manager at Preflight Community, both roles started in April 2022. Previously, Usha was an Entrepreneur In Residence in the Founder's Office at Bimaplan and a Managing Partner at Godavari Restaurant from January 2018 to December 2021. Usha's experience also includes a brief tenure as a Delegate for the Harvard Project for Asian and International Relations in January 2021, a Research Associate in Product at Skyebral, and being the first marketing hire at WeavedIn, acquired by Paytm. Early career roles include moderating and tutoring at Slingapp and serving as a Sales Assistant at Deccan Chronicle Holdings. Usha's educational background includes a Bachelor of Commerce from Andhra University, a PG Diploma in Data Analytics and Computational Social Science from JK Lakshmipat University, and participation in the first cohort of Code in Place for CS 106A.
