Anna Heaney is a highly experienced professional who has held various roles in the fields of customer care, implementation, training, and human resources. Currently working as the Global Head of Implementations at JobAdder, Anna is responsible for overseeing the overall Implementations organization and coaching regional teams. With a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Reading, Anna has also been actively involved in educational roles as an English as a Second Language Teacher at the British School of Alzira. Additionally, Anna is a member of Future of SaaS, a platform dedicated to providing resources for SaaS leaders.
