Ruben Arts is a software engineer at prefix.dev since March 2023, with a previous role as a robotic engineer at Smart Robotics from August 2019 to March 2023. Arts was an associate founder at RoboHub Eindhoven from March 2018 to September 2020, and also contributed as a robotic engineer during two separate engagements at Smart Robotics in 2018. Additional experience includes an internship at Logic Technology B.V. working with FreeRTOS and programming in C/C++, and a position in assembly at Microfan B.V. Arts holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Industrial Automation from Fontys Hogeschool Eindhoven and studied at Fontys Venlo University of Applied Sciences from 2015 to 2017.
