John Cottle is an experienced professional with a diverse background in law enforcement, safety management, and sales. Currently working as an Outside Sales Specialist at Preferred Pump & Equipment since June 2022, John previously held key roles including Director of Safety and Personnel at Landesign, LLC, and Sheriff for Lincoln County from 2013 to 2021. John's earlier career includes ownership of C & S Foam, LLC, and service as an International Police Advisor with DynCorp International, where John supported the training of Iraqi Police Forces. With foundational experience in various law enforcement capacities, including positions with the Lincoln County Sheriff's Department and St. Charles County Sheriff's Department, John's career began as a Water Patrolman with the Missouri State Water Patrol and included military service as a Military Police Investigator and Officer in the U.S. Army. John is a graduate of the Missouri State Highway Patrol Academy and the Military Police School.
