Najia Abass has a diverse work experience. They started working as a Court Navigator at Bronx housing court in June 2019 and worked until September 2019. From June 2019 to June 2020, they were a Home Health Aide at PLATINUM HOMECARE. Starting in September 2018, they also worked as a Home Health Aide at Preferred Home Care of NY with no end date mentioned. From October 2019, they took on the role of a Salesperson at Duane Reade. Currently, starting in December 2020, they are working as a Security Guard at Allied Universal.

Najia Abass completed their education at CUNY Bronx Community College from 2018 to 2020, where they obtained an Associate's degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies.
