Megan Allen is an experienced agriculture specialist currently working at Preferred by Nature since April 2023. Prior roles include serving as a Senior Inspector at Oregon Tilth from November 2020 to April 2023, Organic Inspector at CCOF from November 2019 to November 2020, and Customer Specialist at Patagonia from September 2019 to November 2020. Further experience includes positions such as Global Sourcing Specialist at High Quality Organics, Store Manager at Great Basin Community Food Co-op, Processing/Handler Specialist at Basin and Range Organics, and Organic Field Inspector at ASCO. Megan also served as an Agroforestry Environmental Extension Agent with the Peace Corps, where facilitation of environmental education and sustainability initiatives took place. Megan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Academic Sociology from Wagner College, with a study abroad component completed between 2009 and 2010.
