Greg Williams has extensive experience in business development and sales administration, currently serving as the Corporate HQ Business Development & Sales Administrator at Preferred Business Systems LLC since November 2003. In this role, responsibilities include customer retention, new business development, logistical support, telemarketing, and training sales teams on internal sales processes. Prior to this, Williams played a key role in establishing Copy World Business Solutions from 2004 to 2015, successfully building the customer base from zero to over 900 accounts within three years. Earlier in their career, Williams worked at First Data Corp. from January 1994 to June 2004 as an Internal Fraud Investigator, managing client banking portfolios for major institutions.
